Meet Celena and Chris Baldwin
Hello! We’re so glad you’re here and we can’t wait to meet you in person. We are Chris and Celena Baldwin, the proud parents of five – three children and two furry dogs.
We’re happy to call Charles Town, WV our home town, and are passionate about local business. Not only do we enjoy eating and shopping locally whenever possible, we’re also delighted to be a part of the thriving and growing local business community as the owners of Baldwin Blinds.
Home is very important to us, and we enjoy spending time there cooking, gardening and enjoying family time. We also love exploring our beautiful Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, and the surrounding area.
If shopping locally is important to you, we’d love to be your home-town window treatment designer and installer. We enjoy making homes in Charles Town and the surrounding area a little more beautiful every day.
Expertise and Teamwork
Celena has sold and installed window treatments for over 20 years! She has a unique and skilled eye for design that has been honed by experience and through her degree in fine arts.
Chris most recently had a 20+ year career in Corporate IT management before joining Celena in their local business. He also has five years of construction experience, and served his country for six years in the military before receiving his business degree.
Together they make a fantastic team providing highly professional and efficient service. They will bring samples to your home, measure accurately, guide you through the many options, and can install your products perfectly.
